If your organisation has more than 1,000 employees, you also receive a named support contact and guided onboarding. It includes unlimited policies, unlimited searches, multi-lingual controls, full word customization, and 100% self-service onboarding.
Are there any per-query fees, AI token surcharges, or language add-on costs?+
Never. Every Guidely plan includes unlimited policy searches, unlimited document views, and multi-lingual capability that can be toggled on or off at will. Compliance tools only reduce risk when employees feel free to check policies as often as needed without metering anxiety.
What happens at the end of the 14-Day Free Trial?+
You can upgrade seamlessly to the Growth/Enterprise plan to keep your uploaded policies, folder permissions, and customized wording active, or export your evaluation logs and close the workspace with one click. Because no credit card is required to start, you will never be billed automatically.

Commercial Terms
Summary of Terms
Contract & Cancellation
Growth/Enterprise agreement is a rolling monthly contract. Either party can cancel at short notice or the Guidely Policy Search product price might be adjusted with 30 days notice, unless a bespoke contract is agreed.
Employee Count Definition
Employee count is based on the total number of people working, hands-on, people in HR database or identity system. This can be adjusted monthly, and will be reviewed annually. It's not based on the number of people using the system.
Acceptable Use & Policy Scope
The system is only designed for organisational policies. Guidely Policy Search reserves the right to refuse renewal for any reason, also if the system is abused for non-policy documents or queries.
Service Provider & VAT
The service is provided by A Biehler ltd. Prices exclude UK VAT, which will be added (typically at 20%) based on UK HMRC rules.
